Ion Beam & RF Plasma Depositions

Stage 1
Products to be coated are placed in the chamber

Stage 2
The chamber is heated, evacuated and components are rotated

Stage 3
At the appropriate temperature and pressure, gases are fed into the chamber and coatings are deposited onto components

Stage 4
After an appropriate thickness has been deposited, gases stop flowing and the chamber and components are cooled to ambient temperature
